Mentoring for female leaders

Many female entrepreneurs in leadership positions bear a great deal of responsibility. They lead teams, make decisions, and represent their companies publicly. And yet, at certain points, a question arises: Am I actually clear enough about my role?

Not in terms of expertise. Not in operational matters. But in terms of overall presentation. This is precisely where mentoring begins.

The result is authority.

Female entrepreneurs often come to us with questions like:

I don't work as a traditional coach.

I am a sparring partner.
